Samuel Brooksworth is a British-Ghanaian entrepreneur, and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Remoteli.
Remoteli is a technology-driven, on-demand staffing organisation headquartered in the UK, with offices in Ghana and Rwanda.
Boasting a workforce that is 70% female, Remoteli is on a mission to create over 1,000,000 job opportunities across Africa.
The aim is to create the continent's largest talent pool, dismantle geographical barriers, and offer top-tier talent for
businesses globally. The goal is to build a more inclusive, connected future of work, enabling businesses to thrive with
world-class support.
Brooksworth first came to notability after his appearance on BBC One's 'The Apprentice' in 2016. Following his time on the show,
he identified a significant knowledge gap among young entrepreneurs in establishing businesses. This insight led him to found
Build and Master, a Startup Accelerator dedicated to mentoring entrepreneurs to grow and scale their businesses. With Build and
Master, he has supported the launch of over 100 businesses.
Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Brooksworth is also a writer, mentor, and public speaker, with a focus on leadership,
management, emerging markets, entrepreneurship, sales, and diversity and inclusion.
Brooksworth's philosophy centres around solving problems and positively impacting lives. He emphasises the importance of

In 2022, Brooksworth led Remoteli to being named the Global Startup of the Year at the Startup Awards National Series UK,
followed by winning the Rising Star Startup of the Year Award at the 2023 Ghana Innovation and Startup Awards. This recognition
not only validates the hard work and dedication of the Remoteli team but also reinforces their commitment to continuous
innovation and service improvement
